After all these individual achievements the Senior Men's 3 man Team consisting of Darren Haynes (BKC), Rory Daniels (BKC) and Shaun Langson (Clevedon) successfully defeated South Africa 'A' Team in a thrilling final 2-0 win.

Welsh Open KarateThe team event was a clean sweep, our two teams came away with both gold and the silver. Anatoliy Gorshkov won gold in the cadets section, Shaun Langson took gold in the -70, Rory Daniels also won gold in the +70 with sparring partner Darren Haynes came home with the bronze in the same category.
